10/15/2022 On Sun. Oct. 2, 2022 ~ PL&C with The Uptown Horns performed original tunes and songs by Commander Cody with many special guests joining in...a great night of music at the Commander Cody Art, Music & Life Benefit. Featured artists included East Coast Airmen with Steve Barbuto, Professor Louie & The Crowmatix with The Uptown Horns, Steve Forbert, Dave Keyes, Gil Parris, Walker, Emily Duff ~ all of these musicians did a fabulous performance! This was a special Memorial Show for Commander Cody and a Benefit for Arno Hecht of the Uptown Horns. A great night at the beautiful Sony Hall in the Paramount Hotel on 235 W. 46th St., NY Special Thanks to everyone who came out to the Concert and also to those who contributed. Thank you to promoter David Kramer & to Professor Louie who did an amazing job of co-ordinating all the artists and getting the musical part of the show together. Also, the wonderful Sound company and all the staff did a great job making this show so successful. And Special Thanks to Sue Casanova, Maggie, John Schmauch, Kelly & friends and to our fans...too many to mention...for coming out and keeping the musical legacy of George Frayne, Commander Cody alive!
