June 4, 2012 Bright Lights...Big City...Professor Louie & The Crowmatix had such a great time on Sunday 5/20/12 at Kenny's Castaways in NYC. It was a packed house for a very special event...many artists were inducted into the International Blues Hall of Fame - The New York Chapter. Professor Louie & The Crowmatix - were inducted individually (Professor Louie - keyboards, vocals, Miss Marie - singer/percussionist, Gary Burke - drums, Frank Campbell - bass, Josh Colow - guitar and as a group were inducted as the first band into the Blues Hall Of Fame. Also inducted was Gary US Bonds, John Hammond, Tom Bones Malone, Louie Marini, John Paris, Sonny Rock and many more....a great party and a fabulous show. A lot of jammin' going on. Special thanks to Michael Packer for getting it all together. It was a fabulous day of music...and The Crowmatix were honored to be part of this special event!
