3/5/18 Radio Crystal Blue is proud to announce Professor Louie & The Crowmatix won the title Artists of the Year! Based on progressive amounts of airplay covering the 2016 calendar year. The momentum of the airplay starting with the release of the single "Rock n' Roll Barn" and the full album Music from Hurley Mountain 2016. The album was the most aired during the year. Radio Crystal Blue awards Professor Louie & The Crowmatix the title of Best Album of 2016 (most airplay for a 2016 release) and Best Concept Album. The concept of the album centering around Hurley, NY is well told in the music. Professor Louie & The Crowmatix were extremely honored that our 2016 CD Music From Hurley Mountain was on The Grammy Ballot for Best Americana Album - three songs for Best Americana Roots Performance and two songs for Best Americana Roots song.
