8/23/2023 Professor Louie & The Crowmatix had a great time On Wed. August 16th, PL&C performed at the Museum at Bethel Center For The Arts in Bethel, NY ~ This was a Special Bob Dylan & The Band Show after the Woodstock '69 Photo presentation by photographer Lisa Law who was part of the Hog Family at Woodstock and has gone on to have an amazing career. Lisa Law’s career as a photographer allowed her to capture many of the iconic events of the 1960s – by being there! This year’s special exhibit: The Place Where Peace Happened was an immersive interpretation of the Hog Farm with life-sized images shot by Lisa at the Free Kitchen, the Great Baby Race, and around the Hog Farm camp and greater Woodstock site. She gave her first-hand account of how she captured these iconic images of Woodstock and beyond. The Crowmatix performed for a packed house and enthusiastic audience. Special thanks to all the staff for the hospitality, the great sound and to Paul Lloyd. A wonderful night to remember!
