July 16, 2024 PL&C headed out on the road last week ~ Started out in Auburn, NY and then on Thurs. July 11th, Professor Louie & The Crowmatix returned To Canada and performed at HOME GROWN HIDEAWAY a family-owned, serene luxury Glamping property nestled along the Lynn River and Lynn Valley Trail. The property is just outside of popular tourist destination Port Dover, Ontario. PL&C performed in the intimate, beautiful barn ~ original songs, blues and songs by The Band and especially a few tunes made famous by our old friend bass player & vocalist Rick Danko who originally came from this area. The Crowmatix were joined by special guest musician Tony Duclos who jammed and played great blues harp on a few tunes. Over the years, Professor Louie traveled many times with Rick Danko to perform in the Simcoe area and visit family & friends and it was great for all of us to return and see everyone again. Prof. Louie, Miss Marie, Frank Campbell, Todd Mihan & Eric Puente had a great time playing for a wonderful crowd. Special Thanks to owners Caroline & Jonathan, Tony Duclos on Sound, Susan, Barbara and all those who came out to enjoy the show! Looking forward to going back again! PL&C
