10/06/2024 On Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, Grammy nominated Professor Louie & The Crowmatix performed at The Sportsmen’s Party in Buffalo, NY In the balcony upstairs there was a private party and downstairs was open to the public - the band is visible from upstairs and downstairs so everybody could enjoy the show. Americana Roots Royalty – Professor Louie, Miss Marie, Frank Campbell, Todd Mihan & Dan Hickey played a night of great music to a very enthusiastic crowd. Located in Buffalo’s historic Black Rock section, the Sportsmen’s year round, non-stop commitment to live music has earned a great deal of respect regionally and nationally. Known for its rotation of Country, Americana and Roots music, Sportsmen’s also hosts several Jazz, R&B, Rock and Blues shows. Great sounding room and wonderful hospitality are the reasons why musicians enjoy playing here and why the fans keep coming back night after night.
