12/03/2024 On Sat. Nov. 30, 2024, Professor Louie & The Crowmatix performed a Special Thanksgiving Celebration of The Music Of The Band at the CAFE WHA? on 115 MacDougal St. in Greenwich Village, NYC. Professor Louie, Miss Marie, Frank Campbell, Todd Mihan and Tom Curiano played tunes by The Band, original tunes and fan favorites to a wonderful and enthusiastic crowd. It was a very special night! It was at the Cafe Wha? that young performers like Jimi Hendrix, Bruce Springsteen, Woody Allen, Lenny Bruce, and Bob Dylan just to name a few of the artists that got early chances to hone their talents. Folk singers, artists, poets, beatniks and anarchists came to the club and Professor Louie & The Crowmatix always look forward to performing there. Special thanks to Drew & Staff, Dennis on Sound and all our fans & friends who came out to experience a great night of music! Look forward to returning again - PL&C
